The biggest hits or spot light in the resent patch is for sure the kayle rework. With the rework getting released last patch there comes the balance this patch. I have played against with many kayle within the patches and man that is ridiculous. especially after level 16, in my opinion she need to be even more weaker. The changes that has gone in to kayle this patch as reduce base attack damage and base attack speed which I think is quite nice and the bonus movement speed granted from w has gone from 10 percent every 100 ability power to 8 percent every 100 ability power. One thing that I think that gives kayle a little more power is the e cast time has been removed.
Next with neeko, man she has gone wild in the last patch with the bug of procing w twice with high attack speed, everyone in the higher tier was abusing the crap out of it and it actually has gone big in the community as well many well known you tubers has done videos over the topic.
Ornn, there really is not to much to talk about for him beside couple of animations not every important.
However Urgot received a huge change in his ability’s. his w that used to give him a shield now dosn’t but changed to his E his dash. So now if we want to have a free shield we will have to dash. also there are some minor changes done to his damage and cool down if is all up in the notes that I have posted. Careful when you play urgot now his shield is not with his w anymore. That concludes my review for this patch. These are just the major changes that has happened in the patch there are still many more little rearrangement this is not all of it.
