Patch 9.7notes

Hello here is another patch notes update

as we dive into the notes one big thing that you will see is that Aram has gotten a huge huge change almost every champion got a buff or a nerf.
Starting this week off we got once again another kayle adjustmen.
Radiant blast mana cost has got up from the stats of 60/65/70/75/80 mana ⇒ 70/75/80/85/90 mana
Celestial Blessing bonus movement speed has went down 26/32/38/44/50% ⇒ 24/28/32/36/40%
also the cost of mana has gone up
70/75/80/85/90 mana ⇒ 60/70/80/90/100 mana
Starfire spellblade bonus magic damage has gone down to 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% target’s missing health ⇒ 8/10/12/14/16% (+1% per 100 ability power) target’s missing health
I guess one good thing is that now 1 percent per 100 ability power.
Urgot got some stats change as well first echoing flames 2/3/4/6/8% target’s max health ⇒ 2/3/4/5/6% target’s max health
Disdain went from a perment 14 second cooldown to 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 seconds as well the mana went form 50/60/70/80/90 mana ⇒ 60/70/80/90/100 mana
lastly Fear beyond death damage got some adjustment DAMAGE 125/250/375 ⇒ 100/225/350
These are the bigger changes that has been done to the patch and now is the smaller change
Azir, damage for conquering sand has gone from 60/80/100/120/140 ⇒ 70/90/110/130/150
also Base health regen went from .55 to .75
Cho Gath rupture cooldown went from 9 second to 7 second
Dr. Mundo INfected cleaver damage went from 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% target’s current health ⇒ 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% target’s current health
also masochism bonus max and min damage has changes
30/45/60/75/90 ⇒ 40/55/70/85/100 min damage
60/90/120/150/180 ⇒ 80/110/140/170/200 Max damage.
Garen courage got a big stat change
passive resistance 0.25 per stack, up to 40 ⇒ 0.33 per stack, up to 50
cooldown 24/23/22/21/20 seconds ⇒ 23/21/19/17/15 seconds
duration 2/3/4/5/6 seconds ⇒ 2/2.75/3.5/4.25/5 seconds
Leona cooldown for Zenith blade went from
13/12/11/10/9 seconds ⇒ 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds
Lissandra cool down for ice shard went up
6/5.25/4.5/3.75/3 seconds ⇒ 10/8.5/7/5.5/4 seconds
